Directions
put one cup of rice to two cups of water wait twenty minutes
meanwhile slice cucumber
after rice is done take out nori and lay it an cuting board and spread rice thinly over nori and lay cucumber and lox across the nori sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll
makes 6 on cup serving
