mayonnaise pie crust

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour. Whole wheat or white.5 cups light mayonaisse2 to 3 tbs water.5 tsp lemon rind.25 tsp salt2 cupps fresh blackberriessplenda or sugar to taste (calculated with splenda)
Directions
mix salt, flour, mayo, water and lemon rind in an electric mixer. flour a cutting board and roll dough out on the cutting board( you will have to use extra flour here and there to keep it from sticking) once rolled out cut into a circle a little bigger around then your pie dish.put circle of dough on the bottom of the pie dish. top with 2 cups of fresh fruit( calculated with blackberries) and sweeten to taste with splenda or sugar. roll excess dough back in a ball and roll into a circle and top the pie with it. using a fork push the edges together and poke about 6 holes in the top of the pie. then use an egg white and put an eggwash over the top of it. sprinkle with a little more splenda or sugar. bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 25 minutes
