Chicken Salad Deluxe

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless cooked chicken breast1 med apple, peeled and diced1 medium stalk of celery, diced1-2 tbsp light mayonnaise1 tsp mustardsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours before serving.

Can be eaten by itself, in a bed of lettuce, or in a tomato!
