AntCof's Shrimp & Broccoli w/White Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Broccoli, chopped and cooked8 oz. Shrimp, cleaned and devained6 tsp garlic, minced1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 cup flour1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Directions
Heat a 6 cup pan, melt margarine, stir in flour and combine; add garlice and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes; slowing stir in milk, whisking sauce until smooth and sauce begins to thicken. Add cook broccoli and heat through; add shrimp to sauce and cook until pink. Add Parmesan Cheese and stir until melted.

Serves 6 -1 cup servings

Serve with pasta and a salad
