Molasses Energy Drink

Ingredients
1 cup soy milk1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp granulated sugar1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small blender and blend until well-blended. Tastes just like chocolate milk!

Note: I developed this drink after being told I needed more iron in my diet. This has 29.6% RDA compared to 10.2% of my regular drink, and for calcium it has 47.9% RDA compared to 30.7% of my regular drink.

    I tried this with chocolate almond milk and Black strap molasses. Almond milk is very good for you, loaded with calcium also, and I'm looking at ways to take in more Black strap molasses for the nutrients found in that, too. Worked out just fine! (^_^) - 2/8/12
