Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
* 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter* 1 Tbsp Smart Balance Butter* 1/4 cup white chocolate chips* 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips* 2-3 tsp (pkts) Sun Crystals or cane sugar* 1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut (shredded)* 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and microwave until soft enough to mix together (about 1-2 minutes).

Once softened, mix well and shape into little balls.

Eat right away for a fudge-like snack or refrigerate and store for later.

For less carb count, use different sweeteners.
Also, try them with a dab of peanut butter for an alternative to a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. :)
