chicken, mandarin, celery, craisins, apple., pita pocket , mesclun greens, non fat yogurt, curry, tumeric, ginger, cumin salt & pepepr to taste - honey
Directions
poach chicken & cool - mix yogurt, spices, honey season salt, pepper & lemon juice. warm pita in oven till puffs- split open - toss all salad together - stuff in pita pocket.
