Guilt less meat & veggie pizza

Ingredients
1 pilsbury refridgerated pizza dough crusthalf pound of 93% lean ground beef or lean ground turkeyhalf bag of shredded mozzerella part skim cheese6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled (can substitute for turkey bacon)1 cup of tomato sauce1 bell pepper, chopped1 onion, choppedsprinkle minced garlic, crushed red pepper, basil to liking
Directions
Bake bacon in oven as directed on package- I usually do about 20 minute at 425 degrees.
Cook beef or turkey.
roll pizza crust on cookie sheet. Spread sauce, sprinkle on garlic or garlic powder. Spread beef evenly, add canned tomatoes, then peppers & onions, then the crumbeld bacon, then cheese.

Bake in oven about 25-30 mins checking on it at the end at the recommended temp on dough package.

Cut in 9 square pieces. 1 piece a serving. Is satisfying and filling. Serve with a side garden salad & a glass of crystal light pink lemonade.
