Basic Muffins (semi whole wheat)

Ingredients

1C flour3/4 C whole wheat flour1/4 C sugar2 Tbs baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 egg3/4 C milk (i used soymilk for extra nutirents)1/4 C oil (i used olive oil... its all i had)
*preheat oven to 400 degrees f*
-mix wet ingredients and dry separatly (if adding any extras add it to the dry or wait til later and put on top)
-mix wet and dry only til mixed, the batter will be thicker than normal but thats ok
-put batter into lined muffin tins, bake for 20-25 mins
makes about 16 muffins (depending on how big you make them, mine were cupcake sized)
