Homemade Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean1 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 can tomato paste3 cloves pressed garlic1/3 cup red wine2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning2 Tablespoons e.v. olive oil1 chopped onion
Directions
cook one 16 ounce package of pasta separately.
For sauce brown turkey, drain grease, add onions and saute until onions start to turn clear. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Serving size is 2 ounces (1 cup) pasta and 1/8th of the sauce.
Parmesan garnish if desired, not included in counts.
