Breaded Italian chicken breast strips, baked

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips1 egg1/4 c. nonfat milk1 c. Italian dried bread crumbs
Directions
Slice chicken breast strips into 3/4" slices. Beat egg with milk in medium sized bowl. Place chicken strips into the egg mixture and stir to coat. Put bread crumbs in a separate bowl, add coated chicken and stir to coat with bread crumbs. Spray a baking pan with oil and lay chicken strips 1/2' apart from each other. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turning once during baking. Delicious.
