zucchini loaf

Ingredients
preheat oven to 350spray two 8x4 pans with non-stick spray and set asideIn a large bowl add flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, sinnamin & salt. set asidein a medium bowl, whisk sugar, egg, applesauce, oil and vanilla. stir in zucchini. add the wet ingredients to the dry. stir just to moisten. fold in the chocolate chips.spread evenly in pan and bake for 50 minutes. or use toothpick and see it comes out clean. cool for 5 minutes in pan and then remove onto a wire rack. makes 2 loafs, 10 slices each

    i did post them but here they are again, i made 27 in muffin pans instead of loafs....lol preheat oven to 350
