Garlic and cabbage noodles

Ingredients
about 1.5 oz whole wheat spaghetti (or soba)1 clove garlic chopped1 cup shredded cabbage1 tbs vegetable oila shake of reduced sodium soy sauce and a shake of rice vinegar
Directions
*prepare noodles and keep warm while doing the following*
-heat the oil in a pan over med heat, add garlic and cabbage
-stir fry until crisp tender
-put noodles in a bowl and add a shake of soy sauce and vinegar, top with cabbage and sliced scallions

goes great with deep fried tofu
