1. 1 Tbs. of lite raspberry vinaigrette ( I used Annie's Naturals Raspberry Vinaigrette Lite).2. 1 Tbs. halved walnuts or pecans3. 1 Tbs. dried cranberries (craisens)4. 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle on dressing.
