Thai-Style Skillet Meal

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground turkey8 oz lean ground beef2 tbsp soy sauce1 package Rice-A-Roni box2 tbsp peanut butter12 garlic clove, pressed1 cup peas1 cup onions, diced
Directions
Cook meat with onions, garlic and 1 tbsp soy sauce over med heat. Drain and set aside. In same skillet over medium heat, saute rice vermicelli mix according to package.

Slowly stir in 1 3/4 cups water, seasonings(from rice),peanut butter, peas, and stir in meat; bring to a boil. cover, reduce heat, simmer for 12 minutes.
