Ingredients
3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese1 Pizza Dough2 Cups Mushrooms2 Cups Broccoli6 Cloves Garlic1 medium Tomato1 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Roll out pizza dough, spread out the minced garlic, top with 2 cups of cheese, add sliced mushrooms, broccoli and sliced tomato, then add 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 350 for about 25 min. After slicing the pizza, top with parmesan cheese.
