Black Bean & Zucchini Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 c zucchini - chopped1/2 c canned black beans - rinsed and drained2 tsp olive oil1 tsp cumin2 whole wheat tortillas1/4 c cheddar cheese - shredded2 tbs salsa
Directions
* Saute first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes
* Place mixture on tortillas and sprinkle with cheese
* Fold in half and cook in pan until cheese melts and tortilla is toasted.
* Top with salsa
