Low Carb Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
24 Vanilla Wafers (I used a small box that had 3 servings)1 Box of Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding1 Package of Philidelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese1/2 A package of Philidelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese2 Cups of fat free Milk(For less fat you can switch the amount of reduced fat cream cheese and the fat free cream cheese)
Directions
- Crush the vanilla wafers and line a 9x9 baking pan with the crushed cookies
- Add 2 cups of fat free milk to the pudding mix and mix on low with an electric mixer
- Add reduced fat and fat free cream cheese and increase electric mixer speed
- Mix until smooth
- Scoop mixture onto the crushed cookies (scoop onto sections until cookies are covered and then spread evenly- don't spread until most of the mixture covers the cookies otherwise the crumbs will get mixed in with the cheesecake mixture)
- Chill in the refridgerator for 1 hour
