Ingredients
Chicken Broth (or Water Boullion cubes)Non-Fat MilkLeeks (or onion)Olive OilGarlic, mincedKalePepper, White (or black)Russet Potatoes 1/4 & thinly slicedItalian Sausage (I substitute Turkey Italian Sausage)Oregano
Directions
In large pot, Saute Leeks & Garlic in Olive oil, add broth & bring to boil. Add sausage & boil till done. Remove sausage & thinly slice. Put sausage back in pot, bring to boil & add quartered & thinly sliced potatoes, oregano & pepper . Boil for 5 minutes or until pototoes are tender. Add milk and bring to a boil, while waiting to boil saute kale till just wilted & add to pot. Enjoy!
