cabbage burgers

Ingredients
bread dough - 1 batch1 small head cabbage1 onion 1- 2 lb ground beefsalt, pepper, garlic salt (to taste)
Directions
makes 10 burgers

Brown beef, drain, add a chopped onion, remove from pan. Chop cabbage into 1 inch pieces and place in pan w/ 1/2 c. water, cover and cook till tender and not mushy.
Mix w/ the beef mixture and season to taste w/ salt, pepper, garlic salt

Make the bread dough. Let it rise 30 min - divide into 10 balls and roll into 8 inch squares.

place 3/4 c or so of meat mixture in center of each square. seal corners in the middle w/ pinches. Place seam side down on baking sheet - let rise 5-15 minutes and then bake 20 min at 350.
