Simple Millet

1 cup millet3 cups water1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Makes 6 half-cup servings
Combine salt water and millet in saucepan
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover
Cook until tender, about 30 minutes
Remove from heat and fluff with a fork
