Mixed Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups of mixed fresh fruit2 T of cornstarch1/2 cup of unsalted butter (soft)2/3 cup of whole wheat flour2/3 cup brown sugar2/3 cup oatmeal flakes2 teaspoons of cinnamon1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Directions
Prepare enough fruit to make four cups and place in the bottom of an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the fruit and mix gently. In another bowl blend the rest of the ingredients to make a crumbly mixture and spread over the fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 or until golden brown on the top and bubbly. Serves 6
