Ingredients
Flour, white, 1/2 cup Flour, whole wheat 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1% 1 cup Maple Surup
Directions
combine the flour, sugar, salt & baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs,& milk. Mix very well with a wisk. Combine with the dry ingredients.
On a hot skillet, spray with pam and put 1/4 cup of the batter for each cake. flip after you see the bubbles pop and the edges start to dry a bit.
Serve with real maple surup
Makes about 16 to 20 cakes
