I can't believe it's not Fried Rice!

Ingredients
3 cups Minute Rice1 Can Low Fat Cream of Celery1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom1 Cup Water1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Cup Frozen Corn6 Medium Mushrooms, Sliced10 Baby Carrots, Chopped1/4 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped1/4 Cups Light Soya Sauce
Directions
Mix the veggies, rice and water together in a baking dish. Add the Soups and Soya Sauce; Mix well. Cover and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 14 1/2 cup servings.
