1 pound Ground Turkey (85/15 used for Nutrition Calculator)1 1/2 cups diced onion1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs1 large or jumbo egg4 tablespoons BBQ sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ)
combine ingredients in big bowl and mash together until it looks like everything is mixed together pretty well.
put in bread pan, cover with foil and cook at about 350 for 60-80 minutes.
