Ingredients
1 pkg. fat free cream cheese2 cups fat free milk1 pkg. (4-serving size) fat free sugar free Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie filling1 tub Cool Whip Free, thawed2 pkgs (about 4-serving size) of frozen mixed berries, thawed1 pkg. sugar free angel food cake, cut into cubes
Directions
beat cream cheese until smooth. gradually add in 1/2 cup of milk. add remaining milk and pudding mix. beat on low speed for about 2 minutes. gently stir in whipped topping.
ARANGE 1/2 (or 1/3) of cake cubes in a serving bowl, cover with layers of 1/2 (1/3) of fruit and 1/2 (1/3) of pudding mixtures. Repeat until full. Refridgerate until ready to serve.

    This was a hit tonight with friends. They all asked me to make it again. I used low fat cream cheese instead of ff and used fresh berries and some banana. Will make it again. - 9/4/12

    This was a hit!! Compliments were flying. Only change I did was I used fresh fruit instead of frozen. The cream cheese adds the extra decadence to a lower calorie dessert - 5/24/11
