15 oz. Beef, Sirloin, cut into bite sized pieces1 Medium Onion, chopped2 Cloves Garlic, minced1 10.5 oz. Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup1 tsp. Dried Rosemary1 tsp. Dried Basil1 tsp. Dried Bay Leaf1 tsp. Oregano3/4 Cups Sour Cream12 oz. Uncooked Egg Noodles
Makes 4 servings
Cook Egg Noodles according to packaging directions. Drain.
Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add spices and soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat, do not allow to boil. Serve hot over egg noodles.
