Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil3 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard (dry mustard powder)1 clove garlic, chopped1/2 teaspoon saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Blend olive oil, sugar, mustard, chopped garlic (I just put mine in a garlic press), salt and pepper. Voila! You have a great tasting dressing!
