Ingredients
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato2 Large Eggs2 Tsp Whole Milk2 Tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Put olive oil in frying pan, turn on burner to heat.
Chop up tomato and add to frying pan.
Crack two eggs into bowl, add 2 tsp milk, season to taste
Add eggs to pan, scramble until done
