Gadu Gadu with Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Whole Wheat Soba Noodles1 medium onion chopped1 cup broccoli1 cup matchstick carrots1 cup snow peas8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast1 T canola oil1 T sesame seeds1 tsp cayenne pepperSauce:6T brown sugar1 tsp garlic powder (2 cloves fresh will work too)1 cup water6T seasoned rice vinegar (or red wine vinegar)6T low sodium soy sauce6T creamy or crunchy natural peanut butter
Directions
Serves 10 (1.25 cups per serving)

Prepare soba noodles as directed on package. Heat oil in pan and saute onions until softened. Add in veggies and cook until just warmed through (cook more if you want them less crisp). Remove from pan. Stir in pork and stir fry until cooked through. Remove from heat.

Mix together all sauce incredients except peanut butter until sugar dissolves. Pour over pork. Add in noodles and peanut butter. Combine until peanut butter melts over everything. Heat slightly if needed to get peanut butter to melt. Add cayenne to taste. Stir veggies back into the mix and serve!
