Breakfast Cheese Sanwich

Ingredients
Arnold Carb Counting Multi-Grain Bread, 2 Sliceamerican cheese slice, Great Value fat free 1 slice,tomato sliced, raw,3-4 slicesSaltCanola Oil
Directions
Toast bread slices with little oil, halfway through put cheese on one slice and let it melt halfway through.
Add tomato,
add some salt on tomato
Put second slice on top. toast on for another couple of minutes on both side.
Cut the sandwich in half to make triangle shape
and server hot.
