Beef Broth & Veggie Asian Style Soup

Ingredients
Cooked ground beef or minute steaksThe walmart brand beef broth in a blue carton, entire contents1 C fresh spinach 1/2 C canned black beans, rinsedZuchinni, raw1 C cooked white rice4 T Soy Sauce (you could use low sodium soy here)8 C waterAbout 5 baby carrots, sliced very thin
Directions
I heated the broth, carrots and bamboo shoots to boiling, then turned the heat to med/med high and added everything else but the spinach and the rice. When everything had simmered for a bit, I tossed in the spinach and the rice and heated through.
