Spinach Stuffed Shells

Brown ground turkey in skillet adding your favorite seasoning. Boil jumbo shells for 15 minutes. Drain the shells and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl mix the cooked turkey, cream cheese and spinach. In a separate bowl, combine both cans of stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and parsley. In a baking pan, pour 1/3 of the tomatoes in the bottom. Stuff the shells with the meat mixture and place in the baking pan. Once the pan is full, pour the remaining tomato mixture over the top. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
You can eat it as is or top it with grated parmesan for extra flavor.
