Dana's Low Sugar/Fat Jam Swirl Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups All purpose Flour3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup splenda1/4 cup egg beaters3/4 cup skim milk or buttermilk1/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup any flavor sugar free jam
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and splenda. Add egg beaters, milk and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix lightly until all mixed together - do not beat. The batter will be lumpy. Gently stir in Jam. Pour into 12 muffins tins for 25 minutes or until golden.
