Delicious! I didn't have fresh tomatoes or cream on hand, so substituted a can of chopped tomatoes with Italian seasonings for fresh and cream of mushroom soup (low sodium) watered down to the consistency of cream. The casserole turned out fabulous! - 9/14/09

My daughter even liked this one and it was pretty easy I am noticing a trend, I did however use mushroom soup and the healthy request soup and that was alright but next time I will try the cream for sure. - 1/19/11

I used 2 cups of cream instead of 1 and shredded parm instead of grated since that's what I had on hand. Very delicious!

The casserole seemed really dry when I pulled it out of the oven, so I ended up added 2 cups of cream instead of one. I imagine this made it less healt - 9/15/09
