Spicy & Tender Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 center cut pork chops3 T olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 15. ounce can tomato sauce1/4 cup brown sugar - unpacked1 T. white vinegar1.5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Brown chops in a skillet with the olive oil. (I normally skip this step myself)

Transfer chops to slow cooker.

Combine remaining ingredients (add salt and pepper to taste if desired) and pour over chops in slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.

Serve over rice (my favorite) or noodles.
