French Ravioli

Ingredients
13 oz frozen cheese ravioli2 cans Italian diced tomatoes1 Tbsp. Olive oil3/4 Cp chopped onion3 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons rosemary1 large yellow bell pepper20 oz fillet Mignon or beef chuck1.5 Cp frozen green beans.5 Cp red wine vinegar (didn't add above as is 0 calories)
Directions
1) Chop and saute onion, garlic, rosemary, and bell in oil til softened.

2) Add beef and cook til browned.

3)Add tomato and red wine, heat to boil, reduce, cover, simmer 45 - 60 minutes.

4) Add green beans and ravioli, increase heat and cook 10 more minutes, serve.
