Healthy Rice Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/2 cubed cucumber, 8 - 10 grape tomatoes sliced in four, 1 green onion, 30 grams of feta cheese, 1.5 tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp of dried basil, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
Directions
Simply toss all the ingrediants together for a great lunch for one person, or is large enough for 2 or 3 people to split for a side dish.
