8 cloves garlic, crushed1tsp. salt1 tin ( 2 oz.) anchovy fillets, finely chopped. If you can get the ones with capers, those are good but plain is fine.Ground black pepper to taste1/4 - 1/3 Cup lemon juice1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 1/4 Cups extra virgin olive oil
If you have an immersion blender, this is a snap. Put all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl or big measuring cup and buzz until smooth. Add olive oil in a drizzle while continuously blending until completely emulsified. Done!
