Ingredients

1 C Butter (or Shortening)2 C Sugar3 C Flour4 Eggs (Jumbo used)1 C Milk (skim, non-fat used)1 tsp Vanilla1 tsp Almond Extract (vanilla shown, can substitute)3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Combine butter and sugar, then cream.
Add eggs and flavorings, mix.
Alternately add flour, baking powder and milk, mix well.
Pour into Angel Food cake pan, Bundt pan, Spring Form pan, or any large pans. Time may have to be adjusted for alternate pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Cool slightly and serve warm, or cool thoroughly for other versions.
Cut into 24 equal pieces.
