2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage*1 cup shredded carrots1 cup finely chopped broccoli flouretts1 medium green bell pepper - thin slices1 medium red bell pepper - tin slices1.5 lbs imitation crab meat3/4 cup light mayo1/4 cup lemon juice2 Tbsp splenda3 Tbsp white vinegar1 Tbsp minced garlic1 1/2 tsp worcestershire1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp tobasco sauce*I use cole slaw mix
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, sugar, white vinegar, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and tobasco sauce.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Toss mixture with dressing. cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
