Ingredients
This is enough for 5 servings and is more of a framework than an actual recipe (Is how i cook. ;): - 20 egg whites (basically 4 egg whites per serving) well beaten with salt, pepper, and random seasonings - use what you like best -sauteed chopped veggies in oil. What I have listed is really just a suggestion. You can also add meat if you'd like. Add however much or little suits your fancy. :) Just keep in mind that it will change the nutritional info.I put all of it in a square baking pan - sprayed with non-stick spray - and baked on 400 for about 20-ish minutes - until the center stops being jiggly.At the end, top it with 5 oz of shredded cheese and pop back in the oven long enough to let it melt. Enjoy!

    i like taking it down 4 egg ehites and 4 eggs mushrom onion low fat cheese fresh or dry herbd parsley thyme sage dill cook in sprayed pan like a omemlet add low fat cheese last few minutes - 9/3/09
