Guacamole

Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peal and pit removed1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped tomato1 tbsp chopped green chilies (type depends on the heat you want)2 tbsp dried or fresh cilantro, chopped1 tbsp lime juice1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Mash avocado (if they are a little firm you can use a food processer to get the mashed texture)
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve with baked tortilla chips on on your favorite entree
