Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.2 cup* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp*Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 5 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp*Water, 1/2 cup
Directions
chop the onion and peppers and fry in olive oil until soft.
put the veggies in a blender and add the other ingredients. blend until smooth.

makes 4 servings (approx 1/4 cup per serving

use as a sauce over cooked veggies like broccoli or spinach. enjoy!
