Ingredients
Directions
Madras Curry PasteGround lamb (made into meatballs)Fresh kale
2 mains, 4 lunches, 6 bento portions
The 8 hour cooking time is based on using the slow cooker.
Make the ground lamb into 6 meatballs - or use 6 ready made small meatballs.
Finely shred the kale - about 5-6 good stalks of curly kale.
Smear the slow cooker inside with the curry paste.
Add the meatballs and top with the kale.
Switch on before you go to work in the morning, stir when you get home.
I like it with a chappatti and a bit of thick yoghourt.
