Chicken and Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, cut in large piecesI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 2 Tbsp1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)1 can Campbell's Condensed Soup - 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom1 large finely chopped onion1 cup diced celery1 cup chopped carrots1 Tbsp italian seasoningpoultry seasoning for chickenChicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup Dumplings:Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupMilk, nonfat, .5 cup1 tsp salt
Directions
Season chicken with poultry seasoning.
Place the chicken, butter, soups, broth, seasoning, celery, carrots, and onion in a slow cooker.

Cover, and cook for 8 hours on low.

Dumplings:
combine flour and salt with milk, mix well.

About 1-2 hours before serving, spoon small amounts of dumpling dough in the slow cooker.

Makes 5 servings.
