Cereal muffins

Ingredients
1-1/4 c. milk1-1/2 c. whole-bran cereal1-1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour1/3 c. Splenda1 tsp salt3 tsp baking powder1 large egg, beaten1/4 c. canola oil
Directions
Combine milk and cereal in large mixing bowl. Sift flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Add egg and canola oil to the milk and cereal; add dry ingredients. Mix only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin pan cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min. Makes 12 medium-size muffins.
