Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients
3 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded3 large tomatoes1 Vidalia onion, peeled1 can artichokes hearts, in water, drained1 can chick peas/garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained12 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped1/2 cup crumbled feta2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or finely chopped5 fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped1 lemon, juiced1.5 TBSP olive oiloptional: salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl combine cut up tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. Add drained artichokes, drained chick peas, olives, feta, garlic, and basil. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over salad and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine.

Please note that I did NOT add salt to the recipe calculation.
