Spicy Pinto Bean Hummus Dip (1Tbls per serving)

Ingredients
2 Cups Pinto Beans (rinsed)2 Tbls. fresh lemon juice2-3 cloves of fresh garlic3 tbls. Tahini Sauce1/4 c COLD WATER1/4 fresh Jalapeno
Directions
Cover Pinto beans with enough water and bring to Boil for 15 minutes. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour or more. Cool, drain and use beans for hummus recipe. Combine Hummus recipe ingredients in Blender or MAGIC BULLET and serve.
