1 lb whole wheat pasta, shells1 cup Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise1 cup diced celery1 tbsp curry powder1 tsp ground cumim1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp salt2 cups seedless grapes1 cup pitted cherries, quartered1 medium apple, diced
Cook noodles al dente in boiling water. Drain. Mix together mayonnaise and spices. Mix with drained noodles. Add celery and fruit and mix. Refrigerate until chilled. Makes 8 - 10 servings (1/2 cup).
